The ICPO is investigating the simultaneous **** incidents occurring all over the world. A carnal cult uses illicit drugs to transform men into sex-crazed monsters. Police partners and lesbian lovers Atsuko and Kei are investigating a shady drug deal when they stumble upon the shocking truth. After an attack on Atsuko by one of the monsters and a woman who may be involved with the case, Kei and her friend Jun discover a pill etched with the words "Kaizear Medical Laboratory" on it, next to the corpse of a man-turned-monster.. and they soon realize it's the company which Kei's brother, Kenji, is currently working for. Can our frisky friends interrupt their love-play long enough to cuff the criminals?
