Shinji Masashi is a shy and awkward high school student who just can't seem to properly communicate with girls. This is especially troublesome for him when Mayuri Tendouji, his dream girl, visits the school infirmary seeking treatment. For Shinji, the encounter ends rather awkwardly and he is left in despair over his ineptness. The head of the infirmary, Ryouko Hayama, takes pity on Shinji and gives him a magical pendant that allows his dreams to connect with the girl he likes when they are both asleep.
